Memories Captured Layout for ***BoBunny***

Hi everyone,
I can't believe it's almost October already most of you know I hate that month, so I hope that it will fly by! On the last day of September I would like to share a layout I made for BoBunny with the uber pretty "Somewhere In Time" collection.
When I was at my mom & step-dad house I saw a picture that I really liked, so I asked my step-dad who the woman in the picture was.
He told me it was his mom {she died at childbirth while having him} I asked him if I could use that picture and luckily he said yes.

Memories Captured:

I'm in love with all the new mixed media products BoBunny offers especially the glimmer mists, I spray it on everything!
The pearlescents are way awesome to use too because you can mix it into your white paste to give it a little color, that's what I did on this layout.

Let's look a little closer:

BoBunny Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Balloons, Chrononaut, Antiquity, Evening Mist/Somewhere In Time
6 x 6 Paper Pad: Somewhere In Time
Brads: Somewhere In Time
Jewels: Chocolate, Somewhere In Time
Layered Chipboard: Somewhere In Time
Stickable Stencils: Bliss, Brocade
Glimmer Spray: Gold, Frost, Sugar
Ink Pad: Blueberry, Sugar, Licorice
Pearlescents: Butterscotch, Island Mist, Chocolate
Blossoms: Denim Blue Zinnia, Natural Earth Zinnia, Buttercup Dahlia
Wood Shapes: Iron Works, Clockwork
Stamps: Captured

I hope you enjoyed looking at my work & if you visit the BoBunny blog you can see what I made for them it was posted there this Monday! I would love to know what you think of it.
Have a wonderful week.

Vintage layout for ***Tresors de Luxe*** & playing along with LSG, CHACB, SA & OUAS!!

Hi everyone,

Since my last post this Monday a lot has happened, that Monday I heard my neighbor was at home waiting to die because of a brain tumor! Tuesday he had a wonderful day with his whole family they went to the zoo because that was what he wanted to do one more time!
I wanted to do something for him & his family so I went to see all of our neighbor's to collect money so maybe they could use it to do something else with the family.
Then my husband and I went to see him Wednesday it was really hard to see somebody in that kind of stage in his life but it felt good seeing him.
But then on Thursday our son called me at work and told me our neighbor had passed away at 5:00 o'clock that afternoon :-(( I just had to tell you all to get it off my chest!!

Now for the fun part of this post I would like to share a layout with you all that I made for my DT work for Tresors de Luxe....

Moments In Time:

For this layout I used a couple of brand new BoBunny collections like Souvenir, Christmas Collage & Wild Card and also a bunch of BoBunny stamps which I really adore.
The picture I used you've probably seen before because I love to scrap this picture of my grandfather, grandmother, uncle & mom back in the good old day's.

For the blue & orange roses I used notepads and one of my Cheery Lynn dies then I colored it with Fuzzy Navel Peach & Azure Sea Asters from Lindy's Stamp Gang spray's!
I also matted my picture with a sheet of a lager notepad then colored the edges and distressed them.

Let's have a closer look:

While making this layout I had a really hard time cutting up & coloring my beautiful lace from Tresors de Luxe but I had to try it one time.....and I'm really glad with the result. Although nest time I will use it in the original state again.

Lindy’s Stamp Gang is the creative” baby” of Lindy Plakinger. She passed away in 2008 after bravely battling illness. She was a self-made cartoonist, loved drawing, crafting, designing new products, and creating her funny cartoon characters! Lindy’s Stamp Gang will continue, as was her hope, and dream. Her husband and daughter have taken over the company keeping her creativity alive. Tracey, (her daughter), has always been a “jar filler” in the background of Lindy’s Stamp Gang, but is now trying to fill some incredible shoes!

Shabby Chic Box for ***Tresors de Luxe***

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to share a altered box where I keep my metal pieces {like Junkyard Findings, Graphic 45 & Tim Holtz idea-ology} in!
I'm not a great fan of creating altered art mainly because I don't have enough room to keep it all on display. So my altered art has to functional as well.
That's why I create layout's normally...

Shabby Chic Box:

For this piece I used the "Sofiero" collection by Maja Designs I really love that collection sadly it was a limited collection! I just own three sheets well now I have two hihi.

The beige flowers on the lit are handmade by me.

I colored them a bit with Lindy's Stamp Gang "Sunset Pink" & "Creme Brulee Cream" spray to match the pretty lace I used.
From another angel:

I really loved creating this for Tresors de Luxe it was a fun project but my next project will be a layout again :-))

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to show you two cards I made for BoBunny as a social media post! Maybe you've seen my cards come by on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or even Scrapbook.com last week??
Now I will show you them on my blog!

It's A Girl:

I love layering & combining different collections.
My brothers friend just had a baby girl with that in mind I made this card.
I made this card from all scraps {leftover papers} that's a fun way to use up all your beautiful BoBunny papers I might say!
BoBunny papers used: Pincushion, The Avenues, Primrose & Baby Bump

The flowers is handmade.
Let's have a closer look:

I love it when all the pink goes so well together!!

Now for my second card I used the NEW mixed media products I received in my last DT package!
I'm very thrilled about all of it, there are Spray's, Stickable Stencils, Glitter Pasts, Pearlescents & gorgeous new stamps.
I made a different shape card then I normally do.

Happy Day:

Oh my what a fun I had creating this card and in the end the card put a smile on my face!
I hope it does on yours too......
First I combined: Somewhere In Time, The Avenues & Happy Trails together.
Then I kept it very simple.

Let's have a closer look:

Thank you so much for taking a peak & I wish you all a blessed and healthy week!
