Just For You Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

Goodmorning dear friends,
For today I'd like to show you a card that is a different style as you normally see from me. Without any distressing of the edges and with black outlining of my pretty papers. For this card I used the pretty "Vintage Spring Basics" collection by Maja Design. Last week I got my allotment dies and this time I used two of them on my card.

Just For You:
This was such a easy & fun card to make. Sorry for not keeping my promise to make a card with other papers then Maja Design but I am just so hooked lol.
The flower centers are made with a large diamond gem which are so pretty to use if you want to add some shimmer onto your card. On my card I also sprayed some shimmer spray and and added some star dust stickles on my just for you phrase to make it more shiny.

You Shine {remember today} layout created for ***The Dusty Attic & Maja Design***

Goodmorning lovelies,
How nice of you to come by my blog....today I would like to show you what I created for the lovely Jennifer {owner of The Dusty Attic} her 40th birthday. The amazing Jen the design team coordinator  aka also her friend had such a wonderful idea of creating a 12x12 book for Jennifer. Were all the design team members would make a layout for her as a gift and then she would give it to her on a retreat on the 23rd of September. So we all made a layout with a picture of Jennifer on it and I have to tell you they all rock wow....she will be so surprised and I can't wait to see her face when she opens the gift....

Here you can visit everyone who made a layout for Jennifer's 40th Birthday.

Some ladies will be a little later in posting their work. Here is my layout:
All using dusty attic goodies of course ;-)

You Shine {remember today}
For this layout I of course used all Maja Design papers which is my all time favorite brand. This time I took out the lovely "Vintage Summer Basics" & one sheet of the "Vintage Autumn Basics" collection to create this layout with some lovely flowers by Petaloo en spray's by Lindy's Stamp Gang. For the chipboard I used a variety of rust paste, acrylic paint & embossing powders.

I used a lot of mixed media techniques on this layout and used products like tissue paper, ink, stamps, sprays, art stones, glass glitter on my layout. If you know me a little by now you know I really like to incorporate metal embellishments on my work and on this layout I used a whole bunch of those as you can see.

I feel really special to be working/designing for three amazing crafting companies that I sometimes feel like I am dreaming. The products they offer are such a blessing to design with. I am planing on giving a class on how I make my layouts to a bunch of Dutch ladies in the near future of course using Maja Design papers, The Dusty Attic chipboard & Cheery Lynn Designs dies....I will let you know as soon as I know what date and then you will see it on my Facebook page.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and I hope you have a lovely Sunday I am off to work in a bit and on Monday I will be leaving for a week attending our son's school camp since it's his last yeah before he goes to high school.

You Are Awesome Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

Hi lovelies,
Summer is nearly at his end and I really don't like that at all....the only good part of Autumn is the pretty layout's, card and other projects you can make with all the lovely leave & halloween dies Cheery Lynn Designs offers. But for today I am still in the Summer time mood this time I made my card all about less color I used only white, purple & cream/light brown and the "You Are Awesome"die which is my personal favorite....

You Are Awesome:
Purple is my favorite color to scrap so I made a lot of flowers in that color after cutting out all the flowers I wanted to use. This card exists out of three layers with the FRM132 - French Lattice Small Frame being one of them.

For the centers of my flowers I use all different kinds of things like, pearls, bling, metal, stamen & beads...they give your flowers all a different look. The papers I used here are from the "Vintage Spring Basics"collection by Maja Design oh I know again that paper manufacturer...I will try and make something with other papers on my next post...

Beautiful Layout for ***The Dusty Attic***

Goodmorning everyone,
I am up on the blog today with a layout I made not using Maja Design papers "yep" I can make something with other papers too lol....for this layout I used several 7 Dots Studio collections. This time I also used some pretty Prima Marketing flowers I think I am a addict when it comes to flowers. I treated the chipboard pieces I used all differently some with just acrylic paint and others I embossed.

Beautiful:
This paper exists out of wood grain which I really love. For this layout I cut the wood grain pattern and distressed it heavily after that I cut out some more strips of that same papers which I also distressed and added them on my layout on three places. Then I splattered three different sprays on the paper and I also added the heart stencil {my favorite} with the Dusty Attic texture paste.

As you can see here I painted the frame that's around my picture with some acrylic pink paint by The Dusty Attic. Later I added some rust paste plus white crackle paste and I finished it off with a metal gem. The word "Beautiful" was embossed with two colors Lindy's embossing powder and the small chains I gessod and spray painted.

Oh how I enjoy playing with chipboard so much I can't imagine to not use it on my layouts it just feels not finished when I don't use it. This layout was really a happy layout to create and I will be creating more very soon.

Lovely Layout September Mood Board for ***Maja Design***

Goodmorning lovelies,
Did you visit the Maja Design blog this Monday? If not you missed out on some wonderful work by the design team. Because it's mood board time again, and this time Marie made another gorgeous mood board which got me so inspired. For this layout I used the pretty "Enjoying Outdoors" collection....let's have a look at what Marie made for you all.
Pretty right?? I wanted to make a new {well for me at least} design diagonal with lots of handmade Cheery Lynn Designs flowers dies and Dusty Attic chipboard pieces.

Lovely:
I totally used the text on the mood board. Don't you just love the elegant pearls....drool I love it so so so much that I had to use it although I would love to hoard it too. But hey what's the fun in that....and you know what I ordered it again lol....

All the flowers are handmade with lovely Cheery Lynn Designs dies which are my favorite dies ever made for sure {and not only the color where they are made in lol} I got the picture from Pinterest which is such a great site to use all kinds of pictures from.

On the pearl banner is used some say it in crystals by Prima Marketing which are great for the finishing touch also I stamped on my background with different stamps and I used a couple of Lindy's Stamp Gang spray's to finish my layout off.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and I hope I got you inspired to play along at the Maja Design blog enjoy your day!
