Cherish the 2 of Us Layout January SOE Be Mine Kit for ***Scraps of Elegance***

Goodmorning everyone,
I finally had the time to dig into my beautiful January "Scraps of Elegance"Be Mine kit it has some amazing papers from The Blue Fern Studios in it and other amazing add ons. Today I have a layout with two pictures of my handsome husband and I from a couple of years back.

Cherish the 2 of us:

For this layout I used three of the sheets from the main kit one of the blue/green paper that I cut on the black lines so that I could distress it later on. Then I added a yellow sheet cut up behind the torn one. I also layered another blue/green sheet on top and bottom of my layout.

Then I used a diamond stencil with some paste and on top of that I used a background stamp and some ink sprays. Also I used some feather stamps to add to my flower clusters. The chipboard phrase I cut up and left the word "just"out of this layout and I added a papers strip from the collection with the word "cherish"! The chipboard is treated with gesso, embossing powder & spray.

In the kit there are white hearts that I used as a mold to trace on my patterned papers so I could add two of them on my layout. I stitched the edges from both hearts and then I stamped a script stamps on both of them. The two flowers where made out of a flower die you can use any die to make a flower like this, and in the middle of the flowers I added die cut shapes from the kit.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and have a great week.

Happy Dreams are Special Layout for ***The Dusty Attic*** & ***49 and Market + Playing at Lindy's Stamp Gang

Hi sweeties,
Today I am back with another layout, this time it's pretty in pink ;-) and I used some of the amazing shimmer & shine - Blush Jardin flowers on my layout.
I really love to combine the pretty collections by 49 and Market this time I combined the "Vintage Artistry" Botanical sheet and the "Heirloom Botanicals" Sanctuary & Harmony sheets. I also used the cut out sheet from the "Flower Fairies"collection for the leaves I added in the flower clusters.
This layout is based on the Dusty Attic mood board/sketch for the month February so naturally I added a bunch of chipboard pieces. Oh wow and those stitch chippies are "STUNNING"I think I found my new love....

Happy Dreams are Special:
Firstly I sprayed some Lindy's sprays on the back ground sheet before I stamped with a square pattern stamp, then I cut of the bottom and top of the "Vintage Artistry" Botanical sheet and punched it with my notebook edge punch and placed it on top a pink sheet from the "Heirloom Botanicals" collection. Then I took out Gabi's square stitch stamp set and stamped around the edges of lighter paper sheet.

I told you above that this layout was based on the mood board / sketch at The Dusty Attic site just take a look at this prettiness.....gorgeous right???

Most of the chipboard pieces are treated with rust paste and mica powder but some of them I just embossed but all where primed with gesso first. That cute little baby girl the granddaughter of a friend of mine. I used a couple of the clocks from the cut out sheet { heirloom botanicals } which a look so amazing on any layout.

The flowers I used are such a delight to work with and really a high quality you can also cut them apart and used them separately on your work {I know it's hard to cute or part such beauty}
I also added some rub-ons to my work to accent the matting of my pictures and dark background stamp.

Vintage Artistry collection: Botanical Press
Heirloom Botanicals collection: Sanctuary & Harmony

With this layout I will be entering this months challenge at "Lindy's Stamp Gang" I really like this months mood board so soft and sweet. And that totally fits my layout using those cute baby girl pictures.

"You and Me Together" layout for ***49 and Market*** + Playing at More Than Words

        Hi lovelies,
Oh boy am I in love with these new beautiful flowers not to mention these papers are a delight to work with I feel really blessed to be on this design team.
For this layout I used two collections the “Flower Fairies” In the Garden sheet for the upper part of my layout and the “Vintage Artistry” Tattered sheet for the lower part.
Our handsome son just turned 12 on February 7th and this photo I used is very precious to me because he had a rough start in life. On this photo he is just 3 weeks old and he has a huge hematoma the size of half a tennis-ball on this head.
That is why I am so happy that he is so healthy now…

You an Me Together:
What is so great about the flower vines is that they are really flexible as you see on my layout.
I bend the top part to the right side and the lower part to the left side and added my picture on top of that. The left part I bending up and down next to my picture.
I really love how realistic the bubble stamps by Gabrielle are and I really like them on this layout because my hubby and son are in the shower.

I added a whole bunch of Dusty Attic chipboard pieces on my layout as well, especially a lot of texts and words. I treated my chipboard pieces with ink and embossing powder. I really love dragonflies and on my layout I showcased a couple of them from the “Flower Fairies” collection. On the super pretty flowers I added some glass glitter and lots of shimmer and white spays.

I also added some metal pieces and some cute “Minnie Peals” prills inside the frame pieces. I left some of the chipboard word strips just without coloring them and only colored the edges a little. On my layout I used some stencils by Dusty Attic too.

49 and Market products used:
Vintage Artistry collection: Tattered
Flower Fairies collection: In de Garden & Cut Out Sheet
49 and Market Flowers: Sage Bouquet, Sage Blossoms, Alabaster Garden Vine & Alabaster Blooms

With this layout I will be entering this months challenge at "More Than Words" I really like this months challenge and got really inspired by it while making this layout. I have never used a Ampersand on my layout before only in chipboard text like I did on this layout. But the word "Together" I use it all the time so that was easy for me to use again hihihi. All the ladies on the "More Than Words"design team did an amazing job on this challenge and it is really inspiring to use the Ampersand more often........

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today I hope you like my layout and are inspired by it to use your 49 and Market goodies as well have a wonderful and creative rest of the week.

With Love 10 Minute Card for ***Cheery Lynn Designs***

Goodmorning everyone,
Today I am here to share a simple & easy 10 minute card with you that I made for Cheery Lynn Designs. I only used two colors pink and black to make this card which are great colors to combine. I cut out the XL-2 Square Scalloped in two different sizes and layered pink square just a little smaller on top of that and lifted it with foam tape.

With Love:
Then I cut out the cute flowers times two and used seven of them on my middle part of my card {the lower part}. In the centers of those flowers I added a flat back crystal gem in pink and a black silk ribbon just above the flowers. After that I cut out the word love from the Bohemian collection in black and in pink and layered them on to of each other and slightly moved the pink one to the left and also inked the edges of the pink one. Then I used the little word "with" as a rub on to the L of the word love to complete my card.
